We will look at your items and choose the pieces we will consign. Any unwanted items will be returned to you at the time of the appointment. Please be sure to make a note of your 90-day expiration date. During your initial appointment with DWR, we will open a consignor account for you. We will take this opportunity to show you how to login to your consignor account online. See the "Consigner Login" page for the link to your online account
After your appointment, we will price your items and place them on the selling floor. (Pricing is decided solely by DWR and markdowns are taken each month). You will receive an e-mail with a list of your complete inventory and prices. Your items will remain on our sales floor for a 90-day selling period. You will be paid 40% of the selling price for each item that sells during the 90-day period. After the 90-day period, it is your responsibility to call us within 7 days to schedule a date to pick up your unsold items. If your items remain with us after this timeframe, these items become the property of DWR and may be donated.
Consignor checks for accounts with a balance of over $50 are mailed on a quarterly basis. A $4 operational fee is charged for each check. Consignors with balance of less than $50 may use their "credit" to shop in the store.
